We aim to be fair and transparent about cancellations and refunds for services booked with Sri Lakshmi Varaha Moorthy Jothida Nilayam.

1. Inquiry Stage

Submitting an inquiry through our website or WhatsApp does not require payment. No refund is involved until a paid booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation by You

More than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation: full refund of fees paid, or free reschedule
Within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation: 50% refund, or one free reschedule at our discretion
No-show without notice: no refund

3. After Report Delivery

Once a written report (PDF) or completed Nadi reading has been delivered, fees are generally non-refundable because the service has been fully performed. If you believe there was a clear error in delivery, contact us within 7 days and we will review the case.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled slot at no extra cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

Write to info@lakshmivarahaastrology.com or WhatsApp +91 89390 47178 with your name, booking date and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method where possible.
